Cheese Tuna Noodle Casserole

Summertime is officially here!  Are you short on time, energy, patience or all of the above?  This classic comfort food casserole will make it all better!  Super easy prep time, just make sure you have the hour available that it needs to cook.  Enjoy!  BEWARE…this is sure to become a longtime favorite…


                                  Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 package egg noodles (6-8oz.) 1/3 cup milk
2 eggs Salt & Pepper
1 large can tuna (Drained) Cheese Slices & Bread Crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup  
   
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Hard boil the eggs.  Cook noodles according to the instructions on the package.  Drain and rinse well.  Grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Alternate noodles, tuna and diced up eggs in a couple of layers.  Add desired salt & pepper as you go along.  Mix soup and milk together.  Pour over all and mix together well.  Cover top of casserole with cheese slices and bread crumbs (or crumbled crackers).  Bake coverd for 45 minutes.  For a more browner dish, remove the cover the last 15 minutes.
