This week’s Mealtime Monday recipe is so easy even your baby could make it.  OK, maybe not advised, but your whole family will want to eat it all up.  Even your baby will be asking for more because the meat is so tender, served with noodles or rice, it’s perfect for picky new little eaters too!

This recipe can be made with chicken breasts or boneless pork chops and served over any variety of pasta or rice.  If you really want to save time and create a well balanced meal, throw in a bag of fresh baby carrots too.

Easy Crockpot Chicken or Pork Chops

1 lb thawed boneless chicken  3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
breasts or pork chops  3/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1 can cream of chicken soup  Bag of fresh baby carrots (optional)
3/4  of a 14 oz. can of chicken broth  Fresh mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper to taste  Cooked noodles or rice

Place boneless chicken breasts or pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot.  If desired, place vegtables on top.  Pour cream of chicken soup, broth, garlic powder and onion powder over meat and veggies.  Since the soup is thick, spread evenly over chicken.  Cook on low 8 hours or high 4-5 hours.  Serve over any kind of noodles or rice.
