| Daphne Cason’s passion is popcorn and lucky for us, she has opened a gourmet popcorn shop in Flower Mound. Daphne served in United States Air Force for 10 years, leaving just after operation Dessert Storm. She earned her BS and MS degrees while on active duty and after she entered the business world, decided to go to culinary school in Fort Worth at night. This is where she found her true passion and what inspired her to bring us Lone Star Gourment Popcorn. Daphne says, “I’m having a great time meeting new friends and neighbors in Flower Mound!” |  |

The moment you step into the store you will feel like a child again! The smell is a mix of scrumptious popcorn and favorite childhood candies of yesteryear. You will immediately spot the bins of over 50 different flavors of popcorn — each made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, right there in the store. Prices at the popcorn shop are very reasonable starting at just $1.00 for a mini bag (3 cups) of plain buttery popcorn to $5.50 for some of the fancier flavors like Oreo, Heath Toffee Almond, Banana Pudding or Strawberry Cheesecake. 2 gallon gift tins start at $15.95, while the 3.5 gallon tins start at $21.95. |
