Unlike some of the larger franchised centers, this independence provides Learning Point the flexibility to develop a 100% fully customized learning program for each individual student, free of any restrictions imposed by a “main office” 100’s of miles away. Founded in 1997, Learning Point served the students of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley for more than a dozen years before relocating to Lewisville, Texas in January 2009. David M. Randall is the Executive Director and lead tutor of Learning Point. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science, with an emphasis in Education, as well as numerous post-graduate units in both Organizational Management and Marriage, Family & Child Counseling. |
