Toddler & 2 Year Old Classes – The toddler and two year old program is as busy as your toddlers are! All students will experience music and chapel in addition to many hands-on activities in the classroom. Our curriculum is biblically based and Christian principals are taught daily. We use both large and small group instruction. We also have a very low student-teacher ratio allowing for every student to get the direction and attention they need to succeed in learning. Join us! Toddler Class: (18 months – 24months) Student:Teacher ratio 8:2 Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45- 12:45 Sorry, this class is full. Two Year Old Classes: Student:Teacher ratio 10:2 Tuesday and Thursday 8:45 – 12:45 Sorry, this class is full. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8:45 – 12:45 Sorry, this class is full. Three Year Old Classes: Student:Teacher ratio 12:2 Sonshine Kids offers a three day and a four day program for three year olds. Children will have daily opportunities to participate in large and small group activities, music, centers, introduction to letter and name recognition and number concepts. We present our curriculum in a hand on manner as well as with Christian principles. Join us! Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 – 12:45 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8:45 – 12:45 and Fridays from 8:45 – Noon. All children MUST be potty trained to participate in the Three Year Old Program. Pre-K Classes for 4 and 5 year olds: Student:Teacher ratio 12:2 Welcome to the exciting world of Pre-K! Our four and five year olds are involved daily with hands-on learning activities, large and small group experiences as well as phonics and exposure to pre-reading skills. Our Pre-K prepares your child for Kindergarten in a fun and loving environment where learning seems like fun and not work! We currently are using our newly adopted Houghton Mifflin literacy curriculm and “Math Their Way” math curriculum in our classrooms. Our experienced staff will guide both you and your child through the developmental process and conduct evaluations throughout the year to let you know your child’s progress. Join us for a great year!
