Focal Point Personal Training uses a systematic approach to training. We have an adult dance studio in town ladies! It’s called Sole Groove Dance Fitness…and it’s for adults! As a “retired” dancer myself, I was excited to see the new studio and find out what it was all about. Sole Groove’s owner, Jennifer Ludlam, has been dancing since she was a child and has been a professional Middle Eastern Dancer since 2007. She holds a B.A. in theatre and after teaching elementary Creative Dramatics for six years, decided to open this studio when she noticed the need for an adult dance studio.

Jennifer says, “Dance is an effective exercise that you can get excited about! Women are dancing pounds away, getting some “me time”, and meeting other women to form support groups for weight loss and whatever else life might throw at them. This is exactly why I opened the studio.”
