Robin Kelm, owner of Robin Kelm Photography in Flower Mound, was bitten by the photo bug on a trip to the Grand Canyon, at the tender age of 10. On this trip, she shot hundreds of pictures with her new pink camera. Growing up with a hobbyist photographer dad who loved to capture the beauty of his family on film, it’s easy to see why his now, “grown-up” daughter naturally gravitated toward newborn and family photography as a profession. Before her daughters were born, Robin earned her early childhood education degree and taught kindergarten through second grade for eight years. After her first child was born, and snapping thousands of pictures capturing those beloved newborn/toddler moments, her love of photography was re-kindled. Robin says, “I believe it’s important to cherish your memories by capturing them in beautiful portraits to display in your home.”
