I don’t know if you are like me, but everytime I make baked chicken it tastes different. Mainly because I dump my spices on it and just hope for the best. I loved this recipe because it tells me exactly what and how much to mix so the chicken comes out tasting great everytime! |
| Onion Baked Chicken |
| 1 tbsp. Onion Powder | 1/2 tsp. Paprika |
| 1 tsp. Salt | 3 – 3 1/2 lbs. Chicken Parts |
| 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder | 1 tbsp. Oil |
| 1/2 tsp. Thyme Leaves, lightly crushed |
|
1. Mix onion powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika and thyme in small bowl. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Brush with oil. Coat chicken evenly with sesoning mixture (or you can shake it in a ziplock bag). 2. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Makes 8 servings. |
