Onion Baked Chicken

I don’t know if you are like me, but everytime I make baked chicken it tastes different.  Mainly because I dump my spices on it and just hope for the best.  I loved this recipe because it tells me exactly what and how much to mix so the chicken comes out tasting great everytime!
Onion Baked Chicken

1 tbsp. Onion Powder 1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Salt 3 – 3 1/2 lbs. Chicken Parts
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1 tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp. Thyme Leaves, lightly crushed

1. Mix onion powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika and thyme in small bowl.  Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.  Brush with oil.  Coat chicken evenly with sesoning mixture (or you can shake it in a ziplock bag).

2. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Makes 8 servings.
