****Update:  It is with a heavy heart that I write this today to let you know that our favorite cupcake store in Flower Mound closed its door to walk-in business on Tuesday.  So maybe we can’t walk in to fill that “must have a coconut cupcake NOW” craving, but do not fear, they will still be around for catering and special orders…pick-up locations to be announced.    They ARE still taking Valentine Orders through February 11th…see below.  The following are recent posts on their facebook page:

1/31  Hi Everyone! Well, this is going to be a post that may catch you by surprise and one that we have mixed feelings about writing. Effective tomorrow (2-1), we will no longer be operating a store front retail business. Our desire was to tell you sooner than now, but we couldn’t for a couple of reasons. 8th Wonder Cupcakes will remain though as a catering, event based cupcake provider. Our phone number, 972-822-3360, will stay the same and our cupcakes will be available for order anytime. Our business has developed in such a way that almost dictates this changes. We love seeing you every day and we genuinely mean that. We have worked very hard to give you the best service possible along with what we believe is a great product. We hope that has been obvious.

So, going forward, please call us when you need cupcakes. We will be available anytime of the week. We will need about 24-48 hours to fill all orders. Once orders are filled, we will either deliver to you or provide you with a pickup location. We are reviewing potential pickup locations and will announce those details soon! We will cater any major event you have and will continue providing cupcakes for parties, office celebrations, anniversaries, receptions, graduations, and any other need you may have. And, we will offer the best pricing out there too!!

We want to tell you just how much you mean to us. The friendships we’ve been blessed with and that we’ve become attached to will go on for sure. Thank you for everything.

2/2 Hi Everyone! Well, we already miss you, but are happy to have talked to many of you today! Here are a few things we want to clarify: 1) we are available by phone anytime.
