Studio Art House was founded by a family of artists for the sake of art! Owner, Kathleen House, has been sharing her passion for art as an artist, teacher, mother and grandmother for over 40 years. Along with her two daughters, co-founder Jennifer Rogers and curriculum director Kayli House Cusick, Kathleen has created a vibrant home for artists of all ages right here in Flower Mound. |

At the Studio Art House, the students learn by creating original works of art. The art classes are uniquely designed to inspire creative expression and artistic development in every student. Studio Art House is the place to learn about real art from real artists. All instructors have degrees in art and work profesionally as artists and art educators. |

Young Artists and Studio Artists work in small classes, studying a wide range of artists and art movements, as well as art elements, principles, concepts, and techniques. The students use quality materials to draw, paint, sculpt, collage and printmake, while learning about artists from pre-history to today. They also learn how to talk about their work, their classmates work and the work of famous artists using terms they can understand and apply. “We often hear parents marvel at their children’s knowledge of art. Take an Art House student to the museum, and you are sure to get an earful!” says owner, Kathleen House. |

| In addition to weekly art classes, the Studio Art House also offers great art camps for kids, an exciting scout program, and specialty teen and adult workshops in painting, fashion design, cartooning and portfolio development. Art House is a wonderful place for kids to expand their knowledge and love for art. They have great teachers and do amazing projects that my son is so proud of. I highly recommend Art House.
