15 Minute Easy Hamburger & Macaroni Casserole

With the busy holiday season upon us we all need dinners that will be super easy and super fast. One last thing to worry about. Prep time for this casserole is about 15 minutes and cook time is 25 minutes. This will be one of your family’s favorites. |
| 15 Minute Easy Hamburger & Macaroni Casserole |
| 1 lb Hamburger | salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce | 1/2 tsp. oregano |
| 1 1/4 lb package shredded cheddar cheese | 1/2 tsp. basil |
| 1 can of mushrooms (optional) | 1 7 oz. package of macaroni |
| Cook macaroni as directed on package and drain. Brown hamburger and season with seasonings. Add can of tomato sauce, cooked macaroni, and 1/2 of cheese. Mix and heat until cheese melts. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. |
